Here’s a behind-the-scenes look at how we manage fashion production—from the first sample to final delivery.

​Step 1: Sample Development & Fit Approval
Every great collection begins with a sample. We work closely with your factory or ours to ensure:

• Garments are built to spec (via tech pack or design reference)
• Construction quality, materials, and trims meet brand standards
• Fit sessions are conducted with notes recorded for revisions
• Multiple rounds (if necessary) are managed with clarity and consistency

Why it matters: Nailing the fit early reduces delays and production waste later.

Step 2: Final Tech Pack Review & BOM Confirmation
Once the sample is approved, we lock in the:

• Tech pack with finalized measurements and construction notes
• Bill of Materials (BOM) including fabric, trims, hardware, and packaging
• Colorways, label placements, and size range

Why it matters: This step eliminates confusion and ensures all teams are working from the same blueprint.

Step 3: Factory Coordination & Production Planning
We act as your production project manager, coordinating timelines and deliverables with all partners:

• Confirming production schedule and start date
• Aligning fabric delivery, trims, and approvals
• Communicating updates between you and the factory
• Ensuring all materials arrive before cut-and-sew begins

Step 4: Quality Control & Pre-Shipment Inspection
Before final garments ship, we oversee in-line and post-production QC to check:

• Stitching consistency
• Label and hang tag placement
• Sizing accuracy across the run
• Packaging, folding, and branding accuracy

Why it matters: A single mistake can cost a shipment. QC ensures product integrity and customer satisfaction.

Step 5: Logistics & Delivery

• Final packing instructions

• Freight options (air vs. sea)
• 3PL warehouse delivery or direct-to-consumer fulfillment
