From Las Vegas to Saks Fifth Avenue—strategic positioning meets creative momentum.

​When Susudio approached The Fashion Mansion Group, the brand already had a strong creative foundation. Our role was to help transform that creative vision into market traction through strategic marketing, PR, showroom placement, and retail introductions. The result? Global retail expansion, celebrity visibility, and a trunk show hosted by Saks Fifth Avenue in New York City.

The Challenge
Susudio was ready for market—but needed the right strategy and relationships to break into competitive U.S. and international retail spaces. They came to us for:

Our Role
Celebrity Seeding & Stylist Relationships
We placed Susudio’s apparel and footwear with key celebrity stylists, ensuring it was worn in editorial features and public appearances—generating buzz and positioning the brand alongside premium labels.

U.S. Market Launch at MAGIC Las Vegas
We helped debut Susudio to the U.S. fashion industry through the MAGIC Trade Show in Las Vegas, providing valuable exposure to press, buyers, and showroom partners.

Showroom & Wholesale Strategy
We introduced Susudio to strategic showrooms and retailers in both the U.S. and international markets. Our consulting framework included developing wholesale pricing structures, line sheets, and collection rollouts tailored for buyer engagement.

Saks Fifth Avenue Opportunity
As part of our ongoing collaboration, we facilitated a connection with Saks Fifth Avenue, which resulted in a pop-up trunk show at the NYC flagship store—a major milestone in Susudio’s brand growth.
